Registration Procedures
You are strongly encouraged to read the following notes before starting the registration process:
1. All types of registration include: Full attendance of NSS2009, NPC2009 conferences and associated workshops, Proceedings of NSS2009 or NPC2009, Reception, Conference Dinner, and Morning / afternoon teas and Lunches during the conference.
2. Registration payment is required on/before 31 July 2009 for all authors who publish papers. Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings. This deadline will be strictly enforced.
3. Each registration covers one paper. There is no discount rate for additional papers. If you have more than one paper in the proceedings, you must pay registration fees for each paper.
4. To be qualified for the IEEE member / IEEE Student Member registration fee, the IEEE membership number must be included in the registration form. Similarly, to be qualified for the student registration fee, proof of current student status (e.g., current Student ID or other proof of current enrolment) must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or pdf file) to the Conference Secretariat at gcahill@deakin.edu.au. Please note that both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified.
5. We strongly recommend authors to format the number of pages within the required number. Extra page payment can be made at A$100 per page, with maximum 2 pages allowed.
6. Additional conference dinner tickets will be available for purchase at the cost of A$100 each.
7. Cancellation Policy: Cancelled registrations will receive a refund minus a A$50 cancellation service fee. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to gcahill@deakin.edu.au, and received by 31 July 2009. No refunds (substitutions only) will be provided after this date.
Methods of Payment
Payments can be made by a financial institution by (1) direct deposit / bank transfer, (2) credit card or (3) cheque/international bank draft/postal order. All payments must be made in Australian Dollars.

If pay by (2) credit card, please download the registration form here and email/fax back to the Conference Secretariat. Please include your credit card information in the registration form. Online registration form should not be used for security reasons. |
Please note you may be required to pay the transaction fee to your local bank. This is not included in the registration fees.
You must also include your name, the conference name ‘NSS 2009', ‘NPC 2009', 'DMAI 2009', 'FIAS 2009', 'IDSS-NDS 2009', or 'WMNS 2009', and your paper ID on your monetary transfer. Please record the date and receipt number of your transfer in the online registration form.
Alternatively payment may be made by (3) bank cheque, international bank draft or postal order in Australian Dollars. All payments should be made out to ‘A C Global P/L‘ and posted to the Conference Secretariat.
All receipts will be issued when registering at the Conference unless a written request is made to the Conference Secretariat.
